ICF-Madison offers a free presentation, Ignite Your Life!, to corporations, businesses, professional associations and organizations. 

Ignite Your Life! is an interactive 50-minute workshop divided into three distinct areas:  personal life, work/career, and relationships.  The event is fun, as well as being a great learning experience.

ICF-Madison offers this program, and its staff of trained coach/presenters, as part of its Outreach Program, to educate the public about the impact of coaching.

It's great for lunch-n-learns and can be incorporated into training sessions, workshops or retreats.  Other uses include employee appreciation days, administrative staff day, and company anniversaries.
