About Tammy:
Tammy Zinser-Minocha provides individual clients and groups with powerful career techniques and strategies so each person will find a career that is personally and financially rewarding. Tammy’s primary focus is assisting clients in the following areas:
- How to structure and deliver an excellent interview.
- Self-exploration and identification of strengths and career preferences through the use of assessment tools.
- Help clients negotiate terms of employment, such as starting salary, flexible work schedules, and bonuses.
- Gaining or improving work-life balance.
Tammy’s past work experiences expands her expertise as a career management coach. Tammy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has spent a number of years as a vocational rehabilitation counselor administrating psychological and vocational assessments, developing individual employment plans, and placing clients in jobs. Tammy’s experience as a research assistant includes working at the Veteran’s Administration and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Tammy also has teaching experience in the areas of women’s studies and experimental psychology. Additionally, Tammy has counseled women who have experienced domestic violence and rape.
