About Deb:
Deb Waterstone, www.spiritofsuccess.biz, is a coach, consultant, and facilitator with 25 years of business experience in a variety of industries and organizational sectors. After a successful career with Andersen Consulting she established her own company in 1992, specializing in workplace performance, group facilitation, coaching, and inspired learning.

Best known by clients for her enthusiasm, creativity, and positive approach, Deb’s orientation is solution focused. She employs techniques that develop the mind and engage the heart so her clients can open to new possibilities, discover what’s already working, and use existing strengths to move forward.

Deb’s current focus is helping leaders and teams in times of change experience the optimism, freedom, connection, confidence, and commitment that comes from being fully engaged at work. She believes that being an effective leader and team player begins with me—my way of being, my thoughts, words, and actions, my skills and abilities, and my commitment.
