About me:
Julie O’Keeffe is an Iowa farm girl turned adventuress and grand obstacle remover. She thrives on helping women kick their own obstacles to the curb and is widely recognized as an expert in personal empowerment. She has hitchhiked 5400 miles to Alaska and back, traveled to Africa alone to climb its tallest mountain, and has a goal to complete 100 triathlons by age 54. Her empowerment workshops and personal mentoring have helped hundreds of women take dramatic steps forward in their lives to experience intense freedom, happiness, and sense of purpose.
