About Jim Milner:
Over the past 20 years, Jim Milner has served at the senior management level for Nonprofit and For-Profit, Academic and Government agencies. He is a member of and credentialed by a number professional-serving organization, including the International Coach Federation, International Coaching Academy, Society for Human Resource Management and The Center for Credentialing & Education. 
When Jim is not consulting, he provides one-to-one and group coaching centered on behavior management. Jim has provided coaching services to Executives of Fortune 500 companies and individuals in the start-up, introductory stage, and mature business cycles.  Jim has logged more than 2,000 coaching hours that has resulted in more 100 new or improved careers and businesses.
Jim earned a degree in organizational leadership and communication from Marquette University and a Master’s in Business Administration with special studies in Human Resources Management from Phoenix University. Jim has industry certifications that include MBTI, MBS, 360 Solutions, Board of Directors training and Negotiation.          

Jim’s coaching methodology integrates science and pragmatic applications that inspire and create awareness. He agrees that all coaching is life coaching, and niche coaching is the next step.
