He has a proven track record of increasing organizational capabilities by creating, customizing, redesigning, implementing, facilitating, and measuring global leadership development and talent management initiatives.
Dan contributes to our community, as he serves as a member of the Board of Directors to Parents Plus, Inc., a state-wide nonprofit organization working to build strong families that focus on education.
Dan also served over seven years of military service in the United States Army as a Multi-Functional Logistics Officer gaining experience leading Soldiers in garrison and combat.
