About Pat Barone:
After making amazing turnarounds in her own life, including the permanent loss of over 70 lbs., Pat Barone founded Catalyst Coaching in 2000 to assist clients in realizing their goals and dreams. 

Today, she catalyzes an international client roster of executives, creatives and business owners to design new lives and reach their dreams, goals and potentials.  By the year 2003, Catalyst Coaching had grown to full-time status.  Pat has coached clients on four continents and is well-known in the health/fitness and coaching industry as "America's Weight Loss Catalyst."

As a partner to her clients, she has helped clients lose weight, discover better careers, create romantic relationships, build businesses, redesign lives and failing marriages, and realize their greatest potential.

Pat divides her time between speaking engagements, corporate wellness presentations and coaching both private clients and groups.  She also conducts seminars and retreats.  Her wellness and coaching expertise has been featured in newspapers, magazines, radio and television.

She served as the 2006 President of the International Coach Federation-Madison and, as a member of ICF's national regulatory committee since 2004, she's also an expert on regulation within the coaching profession.
