About Mary Kay:
I came to coaching with 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, counselor, and employee assistance consultant.  I started my coaching business, This Is Your Life Coaching LLC in 2003.  As a coach, business owner, wife, mother of 2 and active member in my community, I certainly understand the challenge of juggling the various roles and responsibilities we have in our lives.

My coach training is from the Institute of Life Coach Training and I am credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach.  I’ve held positions on the board of ICF-Madison (past president, outreach and program chairs); am an active member of National Organization of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and been featured in Wisconsin Woman and Rockford Life Magazines.
