About Kate:
My path to coaching began in high school and college where I helped fellow students deal with the emotional aspects of student life and health. I earned a BA in psychology and have spent the past 14 + years in the field of Human Resources. In 2007, I discovered my purpose and began my journey as a life coach. I champion women as a coach and mentor towards their personal and professional life goals. My expertise lies in assisting clients to increase their self-awareness and confidence, enabling them to identify and act in alignment with their values. As a result, my clients report taking inspired action to handle challenging situations at work and home, and achieving goals they had previously either struggled with or never thought possible.
I am also the Compensation Analyst and Internal Coach for the UW Credit Union. I coach high potential leaders with a variety of individual development goals.
